Bayside Community Hub Business Directory Posting Guidelines

  • Each business receives an allocation of advertising slots to utilise on the Bayside or Beaumaris Community Hubs for the 12 month period starting from joining or renewal.  For new members, you will be able to utilise your ads as soon as you receive the confirmation email to say you have officially been added to the website (within 7 days from joining or 24 hours for Express).  Renewing members can start utilising their ads immediately from renewal date.  Please ensure the package you purchase will provide enough ads for the 12 month period.   • Members are assigned a total number of advertisements to use across both groups, and can choose whether to run the ads within just 1 group, or across the 2 groups.  As long as the total quota is observed, you can run the ad in whichever group suits your needs best.
  • If you run the same ad on both groups, it will count as 2 ads, not 1 as they are different advertising platforms.
  • Members are responsible for running their own advertisements, but it is ok to use a Social Media company to run your ads if you choose to.  Please make sure they are aware of our posting guidelines.
  • All ads on the Bayside Community Hub and Beaumaris Community Hub MUST start with the phrase “Admin Approved”, or they will be deleted.
  • Competitions MUST follow the Facebook Advertising rules specified on the Members Page as per the following link. All competitions must be pre-approved by admin before being run – please contact us for approval.
  • You can run your ad on any date or time within the subscription period, and you are responsible for running your own ads.
  • Any business-related post is considered as advertising, whether it is informational, market research or promotion.  The only exception is for direct recruitment posts.
  • Advertising on this group is unlimited for Business Directory members for standard advertisements.
  • There is no need to start the ad with the phrase “Admin Approved” on this group.
  • Competitions can be run on this group.
